E17 Art Trail Curation and Exhibiting

I will be organising and exhibiting in a number of events as part of the famous E17 Art Trail, now in its tenth year. 31 May - 15 June 2014 in Walthamstow North East London.
  • Katja Rosenberg and I will be organising an exhibition of artwork by members of the Waltham Forest Arts Club at Pictorem Gallery near Baker's Arms, May 31- June 15.
  • Katja Rosenberg and Waltham Forest Arts Club will be hosting 'art making' tables for the annual 'Art Grows on Trees'.  Members of the Arts Club, including me, will also fill the trees with free art for the public to take away.  At the weekends.
  • Valeria Bateson, H Locke and I will be having a 3-person exhibition of artwork exploring our obsession with leaves and trees on June 1 & 2 in Walthamstow Village.  We will also be putting on an outdoor workshop on monoprinting, weather permitting, with materials provided by Jackson's Art Supplies.
  • Blackhorse Lane Studios will be having our annual Open Studios June 7 & 8, with a preview evening on June 6th.  I will have an exhibition of new work in my studio as well as work in the Silent Auction in the corridor.
  • I will be part of the Waltham Forest Arts Club exhibition organised by Julian Beere 'Nooks, Crannies and Niches' at The Maker's Yard June 11-15.  This show will include sculpture, installation and video responding to the amazing outdoor space.
  • Waltham Forest Arts Club and I will be hosting a drawing event for the public at Orford House on June 15th.  We hope to have dancers performing dances throughout history, I will give a bit of tuition on how to draw something in motion and there will be materials provided by Jackson's Art Supplies. It is part of the History Weekend organised by Clio's Company
